Who is our target customer?

Our target customers are those staffs and students of MMU,Melaka ONLY.

How to purchase online through the blog?

Customers who are interest in our products can kindly fill up the purchase order form in our blog. Once the form have been send out, if you have any changes please contact us or email to us within 1-2 school days.

How can make payment?

We ONLY receive cash after the stock have delivery out to the respective customer.We will provide an official receipt.

How long for the stock arrive?

After receive confirmation from us through email, we will contact our customer and arrange the delivery of the stock as soon as possible within the campus area, between 9am-5pm for security purpose.

What is your guarantee & return policy?

Any product purchased that has flaw can be returned in exchange for a new one. However, we will only accept the returns of the product within 3 days of purchase. Refund can also be made in which the original sale was made for items returned. The item(s) returned must be in the same condition as when purchased with original packaging and contents. Customer must anyhow present the receipt upon returning the purchased product. Price adjustments will not be honored.

Is my privacy protected online?

Your personal privacy is strictly protected. Rest assured that we will never sell out or trade our intended customers privacy to other sources.

Dateline for purchase?

The dateline for purchase order is on 28th July 2013 (Sunday). Those who send their purchase after our dateline, we will not accept it. Stock will ONLY arrive 1 week after the dateline.Kindly take note on this, any inconvenience we apologize here.
